GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

One photo can be all it takes to compel a potential adopter to visit a shelter. That’s why I donate my time to animal rescue groups. My photos get people into the shelter— the dogs and cats seal the deal. Two of my favorites are  The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF) and Bideawee.

Since its founding in 1974, The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF), located in Wainscott, NY, has saved over 25,000 dogs and cats and spayed/neutered over 20,000 cats. In addition to its extraordinary local efforts, ARF works at astounding speed to help animals victimized by hurricanes and other natural disasters. I am in awe of the dedication of the staff and volunteers who devote their days and nights to saving the helpless animals in this world. I am honored to be able to contribute to their efforts by providing photography to spotlight both their work and the faces of the dogs and cats in need of loving homes.

Founded in 1903, Bideawee is a leading pet welfare organization serving metropolitan New York and Long Island. For over a decade I've donated my time to photograph animals, staff, volunteers and events.

In conjunction with Pawcasso Art Studio and Pet Boutique, we held two day-long fundraisers offering photo shoots, raffles, auctions, children's games and activities. 100% of the money raised at these sold-out events was donated to Bideawee.
